All UK orders will be dispatched within two day of your purchase using Royal Mail 1st class service 

Single eye pillows will packaged to fit within your letterbox 

You can expect your order with 3 - 5 working days

International Deliveries

All international orders will be dispatched with two days of purchase using a full trackable service. Applicable postage costs will be added to the order dependent on item weight, size and destination. You can expect your order with 3 - 10 working days. Any additional local import tariffs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Customers 

​

Each country has their own duties and taxes, so you are responsible for any incurred fees when you receive your order.

Orders between 10€ and 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax and a handling fee.

Orders over 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax, handling fee AND a Customs Charge

Returns and Exchanges

Your purchase can be refunded or exchanged if returned within 28 days of receipt. You as the buyer are responsible for the

return mailing cost. We recommend you get proof of postage and use a trackable mailing system. If you would like to do this please contact us via email and state whether you would like a refund or exchange and we will get back to you. Please do not send items back to us before contacting us.
