5 quick tips to create a relaxed environment

Everyone can benefit from a relaxed environment around them and often it is easier to achieve than you might think.

Read on for five quick tips that can help you find your quiet place:


  1. Have a scent to set the mood. Since launching Pause - Slow Moon's organic essential oil blend it has been a firm favourite.   5. Music – this can create ambiance. I like music without words when I work and when I wind down. I find it less distracting! but this is completely a personal taste.
